Will I receive a refund after cancelling my plan?
No, refunds are not permitted, however, your plan remains active until the day prior to your next recharge date.
Do I need my unlimited Fast Pass number to cancel my plan or update my credit card on file?
Yes. If you do not have your unlimited Fast Pass number, please call Red Carpet Car Wash at 559-227-6221 for assistance and have your credit card number on file ready.
How long does it take for my plan to be cancelled?
Immediately. Your plan will continue to be active through the day prior to your next recharge date.
What if I change my mind after I submit my cancellation request?
You must sign up again, however you can use your existing Fast Pass sticker.
How will I know my cancellation has been processed?
You will receive an email confirming the cancellation after you submit your request. Check your spam or junk folder if you have not received it within 15 minutes.
I have a new vehicle. How do I transfer my pass for another vehicle?
Go to your nearest Red Carpet Car Wash or Ride & Shine to make your request with the attendant. You will need the sticker number or the current credit card on file.
Can I change my plan type online?
Sorry, no. You will need to call or visit your Red Carpet Car Wash or Ride & Shine location for assistance. You will need your Fast Pass sticker number.
Can my membership be put on hold?
Unfortunately, no. You may cancel online and restart whenever you are ready, using the same sticker number.
